About the role
You will build real products with the team, talk directly with clients to gather requirements, and own features from idea through delivery.
What you'll do
- Build features across the stack with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Work with clients to clarify requirements and keep projects moving.
- Collaborate with teammates through code review and shared ownership.
- Improve existing codebases with an eye for quality and maintainability.
What we're looking for
- Professional experience building web applications with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Comfortable talking with clients to understand goals and gather requirements.
- Clear communication and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Pragmatic approach to shipping useful software without unnecessary complexity.
- Fluent in using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
Nice to have
- Prior consulting or agency delivery experience.
- Strong design sensibility and taste for polished user experience.
